With over 25 years of experience, Stella helps women navigate trauma, emotional challenges, and personal growth in a way that actually feels grounded and safe.

As a Colombian immigrant, she understands what it means to find your voice while navigating different worlds—and brings that depth, empathy, and cultural awareness into her work.

Stella blends nervous system healing, mindset work, and psycho-education to help you understand yourself, regulate your emotions, and finally feel at home in your own body.

She is the founder of Self-Love Harbor, an award-winning practice recognized in 2023 and 2024, and has been honored by the Global Wellness Institute for her leadership in the wellness space.
